2002-2003 Child Tax Credit payment?

Hello I recently sent a request for tax credit the form of return of children 2002-2003, I heard comflicting will refund in cash or that could change my tax code someone can enlighten me please. Thank you in advance stories.

Hello if you go to Google and ask the same question that will lead you to the right place, but I read that deadline for applications is January 31, 2009. but there is a place where you can get help and information, but I'm in the UK. i can different where you are. Sheila luck
