Step One: The banks fail because Barney Frank, Chris Dodd & their liberal cohorts force the banks to make {content} down, an initial low interest rate which escalated every month, resulting in the value of our homes disintegrating, foreclosures run rampart and now the government feels they need to bail these people out.
Step two: We borrow trillions from China to bail out the banks so that they will start lending again. We the people will be taxed for generations just to pay this back. So what do the banks do, they begin to lend again on homes, businesses, credit cards etc. The we have higher interest rates and more increased taxes on everything we purchase.
Step three: We the people must now be taxed on the electricy we use which will total anywhere from .00 to 0.+ a month. We will have to be taxed more on gasoline to get to work so we can pay more taxes.
Step Three: The government will take our insurance from us resulting in more taxes taken from our pay for universal Medicare for which our services will be limited. Obama simply exchanged the HMO clerical gatekeepers to Government clerical gatekeepers.
Step four: We still have to deal with Social Security which the government ran to the ground and Medicaid which has been blatently abused supporting those who will not work and have a baby every year to increase their income.
Step five: Now we must fix our school system which began failing under all the liberal agenda mandated, reducing class size which made no difference. We must be taxed further to support the teachers union who helped put the Democrats in office.
Step Six: We must also repay ACORN and the ACLU who put these same liberals in office.
Step Seven: We can no longer take a tax credit for charitable deductions. There goes my donations to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospitals and the Shriners Hospital and the ASPCA, Charles Colson’s Prison Ministry, Catholic Social Services, etc. Instead I’m supposed to give it to the liberal democrats will skim off the top for themselves and put government restrictions on these charities to comply with there liberal agenda.
How far out in left field am I? Have you thought about this? Is it what you want?

Budget..entitled, ironically, “A NEW ERA OF FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY
AOL News ^ | March 13, 2009, 8:02am |
Sen. Dave Gregg points out blow by blow the HYPOCRISY riddled through Obama’s Budget entitled ironically, “A New Era of Fiscal Responsibility.”
Gregg writes, “The argument that this budget doesn’t have tax increases is, I think, an Alice and Wonderland view of the budget.”
-Raising the tax rate from 35% to 42%, eliminating deductions on mortgages and on charitable deductions. Small businesses will be feel the burden the most.
-“Cutting the debt in half in four years is truly spurious, because you take the deficit and quadruple it, and then you cut it in half, that’s like taking four steps back and two steps forward. You’re not making any progress. You’re still going backwards.”
-Raising “a massive sales tax, a national sales tax on everybody’s electric bill, especially people in the Midwest and the Northeast. And what do you do with that revenue? You don’t use it to contain the size of government. You use it to expand government.
"There’s a representation that 80 percent of the first billion is going to go for your make-work-pay tax credit, but the next 20 percent goes to raise the size of the government.
And then on top of that you’re going to get another 0 billion potentially, and there’s no representation of that coming back to taxpayers."
"In fact, there’s specific language which makes it pretty clear that that’s going to be used as walking around money for various constituencies that are interested in spending it."
"They may be worthwhile constituencies, but it’s a heck of a tax burden to put on the American people.
And it represents a massive expansion in the size of government.
I guess that’s my big problem here."
ooops, I got Gregg’s first name wrong…. but I think you know about this man…. smile..
yet, its AOL… because the major news networks have been discredited as purveyers of lies..
HAM O BAM A
for the record: obama’s goons approached Gregg…… then lied to cover their behinds since obama can’t stand to loose….ego-centric

I am possibly moving across the country and am considering donating all my furniture and most of my belongings to Goodwill or the like as an option for getting rid of stuff. I make 38,287 a year, how much (value) would I have to donate in order to have it be tax-deductible?
Someone told me that unless I make above a certain amount of money that I can’t make charitable deductions, that deductions are only available to people in higher income brackets. Is this true?
Any website, (other than IRS) that explains this stuff in plain English?
